Concomintent, studenții trebuie să trimită dosarele de candidatură la adresa outgoing-sd@unitbv.ro până pe data de 19.10.2025:
- cerere completată integral și semnată de mână de către student (NU poză a semnăturii)
- copie carte de identitate (CI) sau pașaport+ copie permis de ședere (pentru studenții care nu au cetățenie română)
- CV format Europass în limba română sau engleză
- documente doveditoare ale competențelor lingvistice pentru limba străină în care se va derula mobilitatea, se poate susține testarea lingvistică pe platforma on-line OLS aici: https://academy.europa.eu/local/euacademy/pages/course/community-overview.php?title=learn-a-new-language
- situația şcolară emisă de secretariatul facultății
Acordarea statutului de beneficiar Erasmus+ și a grantului din partea UNITBV este condiționată de declararea ca student titular Erasmus+ în urma selecției de la nivelul facultății.

Delightful Antalya & Istanbul 2026 Winter School, is just around the corner and taking place between the 17th January and 31st January 2026. Covering the most beatutiful two cities of Turkiye.
Early Registration Discounted Fee Period ends on November 01, 2025 !We understand that everyone has unique passions. That’s why our courses are designed to cater to various interests. Whether you’re fascinated by art and history, medicine, or marketing, our diverse program ensures something for everyone and can earn up to 6 ECTS credits. Furthermore all 5 courses offered in this program are in ‘Blended Mobility’ format which can be supported by Erasmus+ funds. Delightful Istanbul programs are official short term study programs of Istanbul Aydin University.University students from both undergraduate and graduate programs can apply to this program. Application is online and it takes minutes to enroll. Students can choose one the courses below, based on their field of study.

Delightful Antalya & Istanbul 2026 Winter School comes with a rich social activities program that enables students to discover nearly all attractions in both cities while they continue their studies. Click here for full details.
Fees:
Early Bird Fee: 1.290 EURO ( Until November 01)
Program fee is 1.390 EURO. Fee includes;
- 50 hours of Face to face + online course class tuition,
- Course materials,
- 6 nights all-inclusive accommodation in 5 star hotel in Antalya
- 8 nights bed & breakfast accommodation in a 4 star hotel in Istanbul,
- Two weekend tours,

Scholarship scheme:
- We offer 1 full scholarship on the program fee to our partner institute (can be granted to a student or to a faculty member) for every 10 paid bookings we receive from your institution.
- We grant 50% scholarship on the program fee for every 5 paid bookings we receive from your institution. (you may nominate the 6th student to get this grant)
