The educational resources of the InThrace project, coordinated by UNITBV, are now available online as the project comes to a close

On June 30, 2026, the European project InThrace (“Civil Engagement, Integration, and Better Management of National Intangible Heritage—EU Context, Perspectives, and Active Citizenship”) officially concluded. Conducted from December 31, 2023, to June 29, 2026, the project was coordinated by Transilvania University of Brașov (UNITBV), in partnership with prestigious universities and organizations from six European countries: Poland (University of Warsaw), Greece (University of West Attica), Croatia (University of Zagreb), Portugal (University of the Azores), and Bulgaria (Pax Rhodopica Foundation).

InThrace has achieved its main objectives of developing skills for the conservation and sustainable management of intangible cultural heritage, fostering civic engagement, and integrating traditions and values into the urban and social life of local communities.

With the completion of the project’s activities, all results produced by the consortium are now available to the public. We invite you to visit the project’s official website — www.inthrace.unitbv.ro — where you can view and download the following interactive educational resources for free:

  • Outputs – The intellectual outputs and research studies produced during the project;
  • Training pack – The comprehensive package of training materials designed for faculty, students, and practitioners;
  • Training platform (Learning resources for safeguarding intangible cultural heritage) – The digital active learning platform dedicated to safeguarding intangible cultural heritage;
  • Open e-Library – The open electronic library, which brings together academic resources and specialized documents.

We would like to thank all the professors, researchers, students, experts, and members of the local community who participated in our workshops and activities, directly contributing to the success and sustainability of the InThrace project!
