Rediscovering „New Europe” – On-Wheels summer school for Balkan/Central and Eastern Europe trans-border history and politics
The Transilvania University of Brasov is a partner in a new project funded under Erasmus+ project, Strategic Partnership: ReNewEurope - “Rediscovering „New Europe” – On-Wheels summer school for Balkan/Central and Eastern Europe trans-border history and politics”.
The project is led by the University of Warsaw, Poland and the partners under the project are the Transilvania University of Brasov (Universitatea Transilvania Din Brasov), Romania; University of Zagreb (Sveuciliste U Zagrebu), Croatia, University of Belgrade (Univerzitet U Beogradu), Serbia and PAX Rhodopica, Bulgaria.
The main objective of the project is to develop an innovative, holistic and integral approach for training of university professors, assistant professors, researchers and scholars to conduct the educational process in the field of Balkan’s and CEE studies through on-wheels summer school focused on four main fields namely:
(1) Minorities and majorities;
(2) Rule of law and European integration;
(3) Identity and nationalism;
(4) Politics and religion.
