The project is implemented by a consortium of 4 universities from Sri Lanka and 3 universities from Europe, including Transilvania University of Brasov, as a partner.

Masaryk University conducted a training program for project members from 4 Sri Lankan partner Universities from 9-13 May 2022 at the Special Needs Centre of their University. 16 academic and non-academic members from the Universities of Peradeniya, Ruhuna and SLTC participated in the training physically while members from the Eastern University participated online.  On their return, participants of the program are planning to conduct training programs for the university staff and the students and outside members on request. This will open new opportunities to a neglected group of students in these universities.
